Birds of the
Madhanmadhu (Forest)
by Chloe & Kieren Moore
$500
This artwork centres on three native Australian birds — the Scarlet Robin, Fairy Wren, and Willie Wagtail — perched on coppery branches within a dense forest. Delicate cobwebs stretch across the canvas, while bursts of pink signify blooming native flowers. Hidden among the foliage are bird tracks and forgotten meeting places, connected by shadowy, overgrown journey lines that echo a deep, historic connection to Country.
